A Separate Account is Required for Audiovisual (AV/DVD/Music) Orders and Cannot be Combined with Book Orders

Many times we receive calls from customers inquiring about their audiovisual orders wanting to know why they have not received the AV/DVD/MUSIC they ordered. When we check we discover it was ordered on their book account. Since the Audio Visual Department is a separate division within the Baker & Taylor organization, a separate account has to be opened for AV material. Once an account has been opened, you may use our online ordering systems B&T Link Online or Title Source 3 to place orders.
