Adding Ordering Accounts to your B&T Link Online Set Up


The new Baker & Taylor Link Online service (BTLOL) has been very well received by our customers. Its expanded searching capabilities, sophisticated cart features, pricing and inventory information, have proven extremely efficient. Another especially useful feature is the ability to order materials on different accounts. In our conversations with customers using BTLOL, one issue has come up several times and that is the online process for adding accounts.

At the time of initial set up, only one account is generally linked for you. You might have noticed that there is an option entitled Accounts menu tab on the opening page of B&T Link Online. When you click on that link, you’ll see the option to add a new account. From there you will be told that a SAN suffix is required. A relationship between the new account and SAN suffix will need to be established in order to use the new account. Please contact the Product Support Department at 800-775-3700, e-mail to receive the appropriate SAN suffix for your new account.
