Online Customer Support


Online Customer Support (OCS) is Baker & Taylor's comprehensive web based account management system. OCS customers can access the system 24/7 to search and view information related to specific accounts, orders and invoices within the Baker & Taylor system. To access OCS, you will need to be registered for B&T Link Online. From the B&T Link Online home page, select Online Customer Support from the LINKS menu (located in the upper right corner).
